WHY WE NEED YOU
To maximize the capacity & productivity of Amanotes members by providing resources of learning with practices and motivating learning culture in a fast-paced startup environment in order to meet business goals.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Plan, execute and measure the effectiveness of the personalized T&D program with monthly and quarterly basis which is rarely provided in the market.
Play the communication role to motivate learning culture and spirit to ensure T&D program is well-executed and be satisfied from both learners and line managers.
Directly work with business owners and team leaders to identify learning needs of each member that need to improve their capabilities and skill set to meet the job requirements
Source, coordinate with internal and external trainers, vendors to build up training contents in order to meet learners’ expectation
Follow up and keep track of learning progress of each member and provide solution to improve learning practices of each course including technical and soft skill trainings
Be given the chance to join other HR projects from time to time for learning and growing with the team as a requirement of the position, esp. Culture development, Employee relations, Internal activities, etc.

2 - 3 years of experiences with proven track of working in learning and development field/ training

Soft skills requirement: excellent communication skills in verbal and written, English advanced, public speaking and presentation skill is a must
