WHY WE NEED YOU

To bring the best service to Amanotes members by ensuring the smooth administrative support for the whole company in a dynamic and fast-paced startup music-tech company aside from joining and learning other HR functions with practices.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

HR cross-functional support:

  • Coordinate with other team members on various HR projects in order to maximize the efficiency and timeline commitment of each project.

  • Process optimization: observe, maintain and come up with solutions for HR daily operational workflow optimization.

Administration and Employee Relations:

  • In charge of all administrative tasks (e.g. stationary and facilities maintenance, logistic support for company events, etc.)

  • Update all information relating to employee to ensure compliance

  • Coordinate with HR team to organize internal activities (e.g. monthly birthday, music class, game competition, welcome newcomers, etc.)

  • Support to book tickets, accommodation, contracts, paper works to ensure smooth business operations

Office management:

  • Daily assist office operations and follow up to make sure our office is well equipped with order requests

  • Follow up and negotiate with the suppliers, landlords or building management to provide best services / contract renewal for any issues/ operations with cost effectiveness

Other assigned tasks by line manager

QUALIFICATION

Working experience:

  • More than 2 years working in office management/ administration at the senior level.

Skills:

  • Soft skill: excellent communication, English advanced, high detailed and result-oriented, negotiation skill, good problem solving skill, sense of timeline commitment, good task and time management is a must.

  • Hard skill: Microsoft office mastery, familiar with building processes and procedures from the scratch.

  • Traits: outgoing, customer-oriented, eager to learn new things, not mind the minor tasks.
