WHY WE NEED YOU
Act as HR contact point to build, develop and deploy an HR agenda covering talent, organization, capability and culture strategies that closely supports the overall portfolio performance aligned with company strategies
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Partnering closely with business leaders to advise, recommend people solutions relating to talent acquisition, culture building, performance management, employee relations and more based on current situation.
Directly work with line managers and members to improve productivity and retention.
Identify training needs for portfolio and develop individual plans for each member.
Work closely with HR Center of expertise for different aspects (operations, rewards, organization development, T&D, recruitment, performance management, etc.) on delivering appropriate and timely programs and processes for stakeholders
Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
Analyse and manage the effectiveness of the workforce in different situations to propose just-in-time adjustments

Years of experiences: 3 - 4 years of working experience in HR Generalist/ HRBP role

Soft skills requirement: excellent communication skill, confident in relationship building, business acumen, data driven mindset, negotiation skill is a must
Technical skills requirement: good understanding of overall end-to-end HR functions
