OBJECTIVES YOU NEED TO GET WITH THIS JOB
We are developing data-driven and insightful creative solutions in collaboration with game studios to launch hit games worldwide. You will take charge to facilitate creative optimization for our partner studios along with user acquisition team to increase creative success. You will also ensure the continuous improvement and application from creative analysis to creative production.
Challenges: You will provide creative consultancy to user acquisition team and game studios globally to improve creative performance. You will be challenged with countless experiments to discover in-depth user behaviours with game creatives and form creative success equation. WHAT YOU WILL DO
Creative Success Management
Consult and discuss with user acquisition, product, game studios to develop the most effective and efficient creative ideas
Synergy with creative analysis and creative production to deliver the best creative assets
Monitor and manage creative success of testing games.
Brief creative direction to creative producer based on creative analysis & creative experiments.
Collaborate with game studios to develop qualified creative inputs for production
Quality check creative assets based on creative insights (user behaviours or market trend)
1 - 2 years experience in digital marketing, preferred experience in game, entertainment or highly social-media related category
Experience of working with creative production (designers, video editors,..) with be a big plus
Interested in creative and able to extract user insights with creatives.
Soft skills requirement: Multi-stakeholder management, Project management, Fluently speaking English.
Technical skills requirement: Excel, basic Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop
Personality: Fast-learning, Flexible
