JOB TITLE

Performance Marketing Specialist - User Acquisition

OBJECTIVES YOU NEED TO GET WITH THIS JOB

  • Develop and execute marketing plan to acquire users profitably through organic and non-organic means for Amanotes’ music game products

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Manage and run multiple user acquisition campaigns across platforms (Google, Facebook, Applovin, ASO, etc.)
  • Analyze data through (1) various ad campaign metrics (installs, CPI, CTR, IR, ROI/ROAS), and (2) A/B testing for creatives in order to understand user behaviors and scale campaigns effectively. 
  • Work closely with global vendors/ ad networks to optimize campaigns.
  • Understand and implement each ad network’s best practices as well as test new ad networks to expand user inventories.

QUALIFICATION 

Working experience:

  • 1 - 2 years of working experience in Performance Marketing (Google/Facebook/Other Adnetworks)
  • 1 - 2 years of working with data to draw insights.
Skills:        

Soft skills requirement:

  • Multi-management 
  • Problem Solving 
  • Good Communication (English writing and speaking skills)
  • Ability to coordinate with different stakeholders

Technical skills requirement:

  • Having experiences to run and scale on biggest mobile ad channels (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Applovin, etc.)
  • Data analysis and very strong logical sense.
  • Being familiar with using mobile marketing attribution tool (e.g. Appsflyers or Adjust)
  • Strong management skills to handle multiple campaigns

  • Fanatic learner: proactive learning and sharing knowledge
